In the quaint village of Rivamonte Agordino in the Unesco World Heritage Site of the Dolomites, specifically in the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park, in a panoramic position with stunning views over the valley, we are selling a villa under construction. It is built in reinforced concrete for the basement and in solid wood for the two upper floors. The construction quality is very good, as can be seen in the attached photos. High Energy Class A, CasaClima is planned and provided in the project. The house measures about 300 square metres and has a spacious garden.
Currently, the installations, doors and windows, thermal insulation and finishes still need to be done. The advantage is that you can so have it personalised to your own wishes. It can be reckoned that about €300,000, - still needs to be invested in the house to finish it perfectly. It is easy to divide it into two houses with one bedroom each or into one house with three bedrooms (see floor plans in the photos).
