The chalet is equipped with home automation, an efficient infrared heating system with 26Kw of electric panel heating, the terrace in front of the house has electric underfloor heating to keep it snow and ice free in winter. The chalet is easily accessible, only the last 500 metres are currently an unpaved stretch of road, (a car with 4×4 drive is obviously advantageous in this area). For winter use, the chalet has a small snowcat and a snowmobile, both of which are part of the sale. The ski slopes can be reached by snowmobile over a panoramic path in 10 min.
