Just 5 kilometres from Acqui Terme is this estate consisting of 145,000 square metres of land in one piece, partly planted with vineyards and two stone buildings in need of renovation. The main building, with an area of about 350 square metres, was once a monastery. The outline of the church, which unfortunately no longer exists, is still visible at the back of the building. It is in good structural condition, but needs complete renovation. Opposite the main building is another building of about 200 square metres, also built entirely of natural stone, which was used as a warehouse and tool shed with a large barn on the upper floor. This building can also be restored and converted into a home.
The land completely surrounds the buildings and is partly cultivated with vineyards (Moscato, Brachetto, Cortese and Barbera) and partly with meadows and woods. It lends itself to various uses, either to cultivate or to turn into an animal farm.
The estate is easy to reach, as a paved municipal road leads to the entrance of the estate. From here, a private road, which is not paved but is in excellent condition, leads to the buildings.
