The owners of Casa Tricolore have used all high-quality materials while restoring the property about five or six years ago. The house radiates quality, durability and comfort. Because of using proper construction and building materials the house is classified with an “A” in terms of energy consumption.

Currently, it is still one house but everything is in place to make three apartments. Each apartment also can have its own outside entrance. Furthermore, there is also an outbuilding of approximately 60m2 which could be converted into a small cottage. It is also still possible to build a swimming pool. Included in the price is an area of 3000m2. It is an attached house but there it is still very private.

The view is great; not only it has good views on the Sibillini mountains but also on the Adriatic Sea. The house is the perfect starting point to discover the stunning “mari e monti” marchigiani.

Access to the house is very good, through a typical Italian country road. The town of Ripe San Ginesio is close by and even reachable by foot.
