To renovate village house on the edge of and overlooking a quiet mountain village with about 450 inhabitants. In the village there are some shops such as bakery, pharmacy, post office, bank, bar and a few restaurants. It is a fifteen minute drive from the ancient and charming town of Cagli with all amenities such as a theater, several nice restaurants and an extensive weekly market. The village lies in the valley of the river Certano. The area is ideal for hikers, mountain bikers, horseback riding and various mountain sports. The village house is located as one of the last houses on a small street that runs upwards from the village square. It therefore has a nice view of the village that can be reached from the house within 1 minute. The house, sandwiched between other houses has 3 floors. On the ground floor is the entrance, bathroom, basement room and stairs to the living floor. On the living floor is a living room, a kitchen and the stairs to the 2nd floor. On the 2nd floor are 2 bedrooms. The house is habitable, but needs to be refurbished. the installations including the central heating are working. The house has been empty in recent years.
