The apartment is on the fourth and last floor (no lift) and consists of a living room, kitchen with large terrace, bedroom, utility room and an attic with study, bedroom and bathroom. Nice view of the valley and a glimpse of the sea.

Parking space in the courtyard of the complex. There is a parking space at the apartment complex and the garage is a 5-minute walk (and 5 minutes from the sea). Within half an hour by train you can reach the Cinque Terre and the Portofino peninsula and nice places such as Chiavari and Sestri Levante.
