Villa with stunning views over the valley, the mountains and the sea. When Casa del Poëta was built in 2011, natural stone from the surrounding area was used. What makes the villa so special are the many cosy terraces around and above the house, each with a unique view and beautiful garden furniture (Philip Starck chairs). The upper terrace has an outdoor kitchen with barbecue/grill.
Right next to the French doors by the kitchen is a large pergola where you can sit and eat outside in all seasons.
The villa is spread over two floors On the ground floor are dire bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All bedrooms have patio doors to the lower terrace overlooking the mountain landscape. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, two marble sinks and bidet. The second bedroom has two designer washbasins, wc and shower. The third bedroom (the studio) with its own entrance via the lower terrace has a bathroom with designer washbasin, shower and wc. All bedrooms have a fixed wardrobe. There is a large built-in linen cupboard in the downstairs hallway.
On the upper floor, also the entrance to the villa, is a large cosy living room with fireplace and a beautiful beamed ceiling an open kitchen, designer kitchen of walnut and stainless steel (Riva 1920) and an office or television room with French doors to the terrace.
