Very close to the famous ski slopes of the Cervinia-Zermatt area and the 18-hole golf course of the Golf Club del Cervino, one of the oldest and the highest golf courses of Italy. Right next to the project is hole 10 of this golf course!
For the rebuilding and finishing only top quality materials will be used, completely fitting within the local building traditions that give this part of the Italian Alps, its special character (local wood and stone). The builder has a cooperation with the quality brand of Ernestomeda, one of the top Italian kitchen suppliers and will upon request equip the apartment with a taylor made kitchen. Buyers have a large choice in the finishing of floors, walls and bathrooms and the apartments will be delevered on a turn-key basis.
The project is divided into two sections: a residential project which includes the already finished 15 luxury apartments of phase 1, and in addition pase 2 with 11 apartments intended as investment and rental.
