The house was renovated in 2008 with great care and attention to the traditional details of the building, with excellent taste and with the implementation of modern amenities. At the front of the house you can enjoy the view and the garden with all kinds of plants and flowers, herbs, shrubs and fruit trees on a beautiful panoramic terrace. There is also a tree with a wooden platform so you can enjoy even more breathtaking views. The house also has an olive grove of approximately 3,000 m².
The house of approximately 210 m² has three floors and consists of a basement with a cozy dining room with fireplace, a large kitchen, both with access to the outside, a comfortable utility room, laundry room and guest bathroom.
On the ground floor is the main entrance, which leads to a beautiful double-height living room with large mezzanine and panoramic balcony. On chilly winter days you can enjoy the extra warmth of a comfortable wood-burning stove. On the same floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the top floor there is the attic, which is currently used as a study and attic.
The neighboring town is located in southern Umbria, halfway between Spoleto and Foligno, two beautiful Umbrian towns equipped with all infrastructure and numerous cultural and tourist attractions. It is well connected by motorway to other towns and villages such as Bevagna, Montefalco and Trevi. Rome is approximately 140 km away and Perugia International Airport is approximately 140 km away. 50 km.
