In the municipality of Narni, in the medieval hamlet of Taizzano, is this charming village house with a beautiful terrace, a view of the river and an olive grove. From the central parking lot you can reach the house with a Peugeot 208 or smaller car through the characteristic streets. On foot it is 3 minutes. Through a solid wooden gate you come out via an orte staircase on a cozy terrace where you can enjoy the day and evening. If you continue towards the olive grove, you will immediately see the fairytale view of the river in the valley. You can also sit cool in the summer under the veranda.
On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with fireplace, with behind it the kitchen with dishwasher, oven and gas stove. There is a storage room with a toilet. If you continue, you will arrive at a cozy balcony. Through an internal door you have access to the lower floor with bathroom and bedroom. On the first floor there is another bathroom and two bedrooms.
Within walking distance there is a small trattoria. It is a 10-minute drive to Narni, with many shops and restaurants. You can drive to the A1 motorway in 15 minutes and Rome in an hour.
