This village house is located in Fanghetto, which falls under the municipality of Olivetta San Michele, and is a characteristic medieval village at only 15 minutes from Ventimiglia and the sea and 1 hour from Limone Piemonte and its ski slopes.
It’s a spacious village house with a guest apartment. The entry is through the lovely terrace, from here you access both apartments. The main apartment, measuring 92 sqm, offers a living room with open fire-place, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and terrace, the second one (measuring 63 sqm) offers a room, a large living room with open kitchen, bathroom and small (bed)room. Terraces measure 52 mq.
The apartments are simple but in good conditions, in a peaceful place and with lovely views.
The Roya river flows under Fanghetto and offers little beaches and places where you can swim. The village also has a shop/bar, and not far from it another shop and a restaurant. More shops and restaurants can be found at short distance in the villages of Olivetta and Airole.
