A former farmhouse dated 1880 and typical for Le Marche. Previous generations held here their livestock in the stable on the ground floor, took care of the olive and fruit trees, and grew sunflowers etc. on their land. The house has a fantastic view over the hills, the neighbours live somewhere in the distance; it is circa 1600 metres away from the town and surrounded by two hectares of private land.
The Main House
On the ground floor is the kitchen and the other half of the ground floor consists of the former stable and a spacious storage room, both still in their original state. There is also a good functioning wood-fired pizza oven.
On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms and the living room.
The attic is partially restored and has a double bedroom.
The nearby town of Sant'Angelo in Pontano has a supermarket, butcher, greengrocer, newsagent and bakery, three pubs and a number of fine restaurants.
