A former farmhouse dated 1880 and typical for Le Marche. Previous generations held here their livestock in the stable on the ground floor, took care of the olive and fruit trees, and grew sunflowers etc. on their land. The house has a fantastic view over the hills, the neighbours live somewhere in the distance; it is circa 1600 metres away from the town and surrounded by two hectares of private land.
