This beautiful country house is located near Ostra, in the province of Ancona, in the Marche region. It is a typical Marche farmhouse from the beginning of the last century, which has been majestically renovated and converted into an accommodation facility. The surrounding hilly landscape is characterised by beautiful agricultural fields, perfectly preserved medieval villages, unpaved country roads, typical restaurants and traditional buildings .
On the ground floor is the former stable, which has been converted into an atmospheric and charming restaurant (approx. 50 seats), from which you have a marvellous view of the surrounding countryside and the nearby village of Ostra.
On the panoramic side there is a covered veranda (88 m²), which can be used in fine weather for al fresco dining or to relax and enjoy the view, perhaps with a good glass of Verdicchio, typical of this region. Also on the ground floor are the professional kitchen, several storage rooms, 2 bathrooms, three mini-apartments with independent entrance, each with kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom - ideal for two people or a small family with a child, ideal for those who decide to develop a tourist activity, such as B&B and retreats (yoga) .
On the first floor is the main flat, the owner's house, with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room and a loft. There are also five double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a reading room. The building has a total area of approx. 700 m².
There are also two sheds with a fully functioning wood burner and storage rooms. There is also a second detached building of approximately 100 m² used as a yoga room or gym, with a wooden floor, sanitary facilities and services. Finally, there is a beautiful whirlpool bath with jacuzzi, suitable for up to five people.
The beautiful garden with olive and fruit trees is about one hectare (10,000 m²) and has a guest car park, a relaxation area and a special area for a vegetable garden.
This beautiful property can be reached via the A14 Adriatica motorway, exit Senigallia. This is where the real Marche spectacle begins: the charming, welcoming and sunny town of Senigallia offers a wealth of activities, events, exhibitions and much more. The famous "velvet beach" stretches along the entire coast and has numerous bathing pavilions.
