Regina Margherita is located in the heart of the historical centre of Loro Piceno, a picturesque village in Le Marche. Exposed brickwork in the dining area and exposed beams and terracotta-tiled ceilings emphasise the historical character of the building, making it quintessentially Italian. The high quality build and finish can be seen throughout, from the marble counter tops in the kitchen, to the underfloor heating. The double bedrooms are generously sized, and each has full height, glazed double doors that flood the bedrooms with the Italian sunlight that most people only dream of waking up to. One bedroom opens onto a private terrace that is practically a secret garden, hidden right at the top of the property. The living room features an oak beam fireplace with a Scandinavian wood burning stove and the dining area has a handy niche set deep into the wall, perfect for storing the select vino needed for a weekend of leisurely lunches and dinners.

One of the features that makes this property quite irresistible are the stunning panoramic views across the hilltop villages to the sea. You can even see as far as the cliffs of Monte Conero to the north. The terrace garden is an oasis planted with olive, lemon and cherry trees, and jasmine and lavender.
