Casa Cielo
Casa Cielo is a delightfully restored four-bedroom farmhouse. It offers amazing views over the hills and hill-top towns all the way to the Adriatic Sea and the Conero park. It is easy to access as it is close to a main road and a short walk from the medieval town of Gualdo.
The House
The house offers 200m2 divided onto two floors. It has been tastefully restored by remaining faithful to the style and materials of Le Marche, such as stone walls, arched doorways, and terracotta tiles. On the ground level there is an open space living room/ dining area, a kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. The first floor is complete with four bedrooms, a bathroom, and a spacious master suite with bathroom.
Furthermore, there is a separate 25m2 outbuilding. In this outbuilding there is another bedroom and bathroom. It comes with a covered terrace perfect for al fresco dining in the summer.
Outside
There is a heated 9 x 5 m swimming pool. From you pool you can enjoy the amazing view.
The house sits on 1850m2 of land, which is fenced.
Location
Casa Cielo is in Gualdo, a lovely medieval town. The centre of Gualdo is within walking distance. Here you can find restaurants, bars, and a small supermarket. The town of Sant’Angelo in Pontano and the lively Sarnano are just 10 km from the house. Both have restaurant, shops and summer festas and sagre.
The beach town of Porto San Giorgio is 45 km. And the Sibillini mountains, where you can hike and in the winter ski, are a 30-minute drive.
