Construction of this new-build project began in January 2026, with completion scheduled within the end of April 2027. The complex will be delivered fully finished, including beautifully landscaped gardens and the swimming pool. At an early stage, it is still possible to choose the internal finishes from the high-quality materials covered within the building specifications, think floors, wall coverings, sanitary ware, internal doors, etc. As construction progresses, the builder will complete the flats. You will be followed through us throughout the construction process up to and including handover!

These flats can be purchased for either permanent residence, as your own holiday home or for rental purposes.
