In the middle of the Dolomitisuperski.com (1200 Km of ski slopes - 450 ski lifts - 1 ski pass) in Alleghe, in the locality of Caprile, in a secluded location with panoramic views of Monte Civetta, we offer a baita/ chalet renovated in the 1980s with three levels of living.
The property has double access, both from the ground floor and the first floor. From the garden one enters a panoramic terrace of 40 m². Here there is a spacious living area with an open kitchen and a large dining table, a generous seating area, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a window.
A spiral staircase leads to the attic, where there are two more double bedrooms, a bathroom and two terraces.
On the ground floor there is a large tavern with wood-burning stove, a guest bathroom and a laundry room.
Heating is mainly provided via two pellet stoves, supplemented by gas convectors. Ideal would be to install a heating system with energy-efficient electric infrared radiators. Of course, there is also room for modernisation inside, e.g. the bathrooms, the kitchen, but it is also possible to move straight in.
Romantically, the house can only be reached on foot or by snowmobile or quad, via a nearby bridge there is a connection to Caprile, or via a small dirt road. There is no garden, so no garden maintenance in the mountains, all plants are eaten by deer and roe deer anyway.
This is the ideal solution for those who want to experience the mountains in their authenticity, in a remote location yet close to the village with amenities and not far from the pick-up points for the ski area.
