Assergi is 45 minutes away by car, leading up to Campo Imperatore, a high plateau with stunning views and hiking trails. Pescara airport is 45 minutes away by car.
The villa is also close to Civitella del Tronto (20km), an ancient fortress with a rich history. Rome is 2.5 hours away by car and there is also a convenient coach service from Bellante that runs several times a day to the centre of Rome and takes 2.5 hours.
