House from the 1700s, entirely restored by local craftsmen and finely finished, with particular attention to the materials used (Sardinian chestnut, for example).

A 15-minute drive will take you to the municipality of Macomer, where all the services and commercial activities for daily life are present; a 10-minute drive will take you to the municipality of Santu Lussurgiu, to which the hamlet belongs.
