Fully renovated rustic country house on the edge of the regional natural park "Gola della Rossa e di Frasassi" with the famous "Grotte di Frasassi". The stone-built house has 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one with jacuzzi), a vast garden with several terraces and a large swimming pool.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, there is a fireplace and a spacious living room. The utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, among other things. The house has internet and gas central heating. Outside the house is a lovely garden with various plantings, ornamental bushes and trees that provide shade on hot summer days, a patio, several terraces, the original restored pizza oven and, of course, the 6x12-metre swimming pool located slightly below with panoramic views over the valley and mountains. A very well maintained private unpaved road of 1 km leads through the woods to the house, there is ample parking on the property. The house is currently simply furnished; taking over the contents is negotiable. There are also two outbuildings on the property: the former pigsty with wood storage and wood oven, and a tavern with toilet. Furthermore, there is a hay barn to be renovated.
Due to its size and number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the farmhouse is very suitable as a family home and to receive guests, and is about 35 minutes from the Adriatic coast, with its beautiful beaches and bays. Highly recommended is Senigallia, a pretty seaside resort with flat sandy beaches. There is also the town of Sirolo, with spectacular views over the Adriatic Sea and its beautiful beach, part of the "Parco del Conero" nature reserve.
About 2.5 km away from the property there are two cosy villages with a bar, small supermarket and a pizzeria. In the valley (about 3 km away) there are many shops, bars, restaurants and larger supermarkets. The nearest large town is Jesi, with a beautiful historic centre with churches, museums, galleries and the opera. Nearest airport: Falconara (Ancona) just 40 km away.
