Casa Penrose is a charming, builders finish house and located within walking distance from Gualdo. It has been partly restored using traditional materials from the area. The particularity of the house is the white front with elegant arched windows, where a part has been added which gives the house it’s character.

The house is to be completed as it is a builder's finish, which gives you the possibility to finish the house to your requirement. It has three floors. The top floor has sufficient height to make it habitable. The first floor is separate from the other two and has the entrance at ground floor.
