The stately house comprises 8 two- or three-room apartments spread over the ground floor and the first and second floors. On the grounds you will also find: a detached apartment, a spacious swimming pool with pool house, sanitary rooms, storage rooms and a room for the up-to-date pool technology, various covered or uncovered terraces, a large lawn with sports and play facilities and a gazebo. The apartments on the floors are accessible via a beautiful authentic and spacious staircase.

The complex is located in an extremely quiet area with small farmlands and lots of nature. The site is bordered on two sides by waterways, one of which is a small river, the "Fiume candigliano", through which some water still flows in summer. Truly a place to completely relax.

The house is easily accessible via a quiet main asphalt road. There is ample parking space on site; partly in the shade. The site is completely fenced and the beautiful entrance gate can be closed. The apartment on the second floor, under the beautiful roof with 'travi a vista' has a living room annex kitchen of 25m2, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. In the living area there is a small mezzanine with the possibility for, for example, an extra sleeping place for children.
