The property was built in the 1930s, is in good architectural condition and is located on a hill on the south side of the Col di Lana mountain with fine views of the beautiful surrounding mountain landscape, a few peaks in this view: Tofana di Rozes, Averau, Nuvolau, Pore, Civetta, Sasso Bianco, Pomagagnon and Marmolada.
The village of Agai is easily accessible throughout the year via the public road from Pieve di Livinallongo to Col di Lana.
The south-facing orientation of the house and, in addition, its high position in the valley ensure that the house enjoys beautiful sunshine even in December and January.
The house also has a large courtyard with an attached shed for storing tools, garden furniture and/or children's toys.
Heating is still completely authentic with traditional wood-burning stoves in the bathroom, kitchen and living room.
On the ground floor there is a basement, which can be used as storage or hobby-work space; On the ground floor the entrance hall a corridor leading to the kitchen, the typical Stua or lounge, a bathroom and a room; On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms and a storage room; On the second floor there is the spacious attic.
Arabba, to the famous and prestigious ski centre of Dolomiti Superski (More information and images can be found under: www.arabba.it/de). In winter, Dolomiti Superski is a paradise for skiers, who can enjoy as many as 1,220 km of prepared slopes with one ski pass (that's a slope longer than the distance from Den Helder to Livinallongo Del Col Di Lana!), more than 600 km of these slopes are directly connected and you can ski straight from one zone into another, for example there are tours such as the Tour of Sellaronda or the Tour of the Great War that are also very special in terms of natural beauty and views. It can be quite a challenge to make it back to your own valley by the evening,... you won't be the first to look for a mountain hut or hotel somewhere, only to ski back home the next day....
