Casa Penrose is a charming, builders finish house and located within walking distance from Gualdo. It has been partly restored using traditional materials from the area. Appartamento Falco is a cosy second floor flat that overlooks the town of Montefalcone and its ancient castle.

The apartment has an open plan lounge kitchen/diner room, with triple glazed French doors that open upon a large south facing balcony. The balcony offers outstanding views over the rolling hills and the Sibillini mountains, as well and a distant Adriatic Sea view. Fixtures including kitchen units, electric oven with gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave and sofa bed in lounge.

Villa Barcione is a stately classical Italian villa located near Falerone. The property includes a main villa, a second house and an annex. The buildings are structurally in a reasonable state but in need of restoration. The mature garden is neatly maintained and has a number of olive trees and old, big trees that provide needed shade in the summer months but also gives the villa a grand look.
