Palaia

This beautiful Tuscan “casale” is situated in a beautiful, quiet and panoramic location. Carefully restored in 2007 in typical Tuscan style with beamed ceilings, “travi e travicelli e mezzane” and terracotta floors. It stands on a plot of approximately 5 hectares with around 180 olive and fruit trees and is completely fenced. The farmhouse consists of an entrance via a covered loggia, a spacious living room of 41 m² with fireplace and access to the terrace, a kitchen with fireplace, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a storage room, a laundry room and a technical room. The first floor, which is accessible both via an external staircase and an internal connection, consists of a living room-kitchen with fireplace, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a small terrace. On the hill next to the house, in a panoramic location, a 12.00 x 6.00 metre swimming pool was built in 2003.

The area around Palaia is peaceful and rich in greenery and beautiful villages. A very strategic location in Tuscany, approximately 35 minutes' drive from Pisa airport and 50 minutes from Florence airport, while all the cities of interest and the coast are also within an hour's reach.
