Barchi

This beautiful country house is located in beautiful Barchi, in the heart of Le Marche, with views as far as the sunset and the Apennines. The surrounding rolling hills, covered with fields of wheat and sunflowers, offer unique and unforgettable moments. From the house you can quickly reach the Adriatic coast with its many beaches and historic villages such as Mondavio, as well as important cities such as Urbino and Pesaro. The house has a beautiful 12 x 6 m swimming pool with umbrellas and sun loungers, a barbecue area, a covered parking space and an outbuilding, currently used as a fourth flat, but officially this space is registered as a barn/store.

The house is divided into three flats :

• the left-hand flat consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and storage room on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.

• The central flat consists of a large living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and a bathroom.

• The right-hand flat (which still has to apply for a change of use, currently this part is still registered as a warehouse) consists of a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and a loft with a second sleeping area.

An automatic gate leads directly to the private garden of approximately 3,000 square metres, equipped with a lighting and irrigation system. The house is connected to the municipal water supply and rainwater is collected in a tank. For hot water there is a solar water heater.
