This modern villa is a bright and spacious home. The house was purchased in 2012 and completed a few years ago. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms and a garage. There are French doors all around the house and a large patio on the first floor. During the finishing/renovation the house was equipped with marble floors with underfloor heating, air conditioning and modern kitchens and bathrooms. On the top floor is a guest house that can be closed off from the rest of the house. The guest house has its own kitchen, bathroom and living room. The guest house also has a separate entrance, making it ideal for renting out.

The villa is a short distance from the town of Pizzo, the sea and the beach. Pizzo Calabro is a characteristic coastal town in the province of Vibo Valentia. Overlooking the famous Costa degli Dei, the village is known for its delicious gastronomy and beautiful historic center. The sea here is crystal clear and with 8 km of coastline where rocks and beaches alternate, it is one of the most beautiful beach destinations in this southern region. The international airport of Lamezia Terme is only 20 minutes away by car. The easily accessible location is a perfect base from which to explore the rest of southern Italy.
