Lago Maggiore Stresa Villa in exclusive residence with breathtaking views over the Borromean Gulf

On the hill above the town of Stresa in Someraro, a renowned location from which you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the lake, we offer a detached villa in a residential context consisting of several residential units.
The residence is located in a very quiet and panoramic context, with excellent sun exposure, surrounded by greenery and free from noise from cars and trains.

The villa was built in 2006 and completely renovated in 2010 and expanded with facilities.

From this location, in addition to the Borromeo Gulf with its islands (Isola Bella, Isola Pescatori, Isola Madre), you can see the entire lake up to the Swiss border, and other places such as Santa Caterina del Sasso and all the other tourist attractions present.
On the second floor, reached by a spectacular stainless steel staircase and extra clear glass panels, there is another bedroom/attic that can be used as a study or TV room, relaxation area, fitness room, etc.
From the ground floor, via an absolutely black granite marble staircase, you descend to the large tavern that currently consists of a large room with windows overlooking the lake, a bathroom with shower and another room with windows. The tavern can be used as a party room, or can be divided into two/three other rooms to create additional guest rooms.
The front part of the villa is characterized by a terrace/portico where you can enjoy the view and from which you reach a small, more private garden where it is possible to place a jacuzzi for moments of extreme relaxation.
The finishes are of a high standard: in the living area the floor is made of white Carrara marble laid in slabs, high-quality designer sanitary ware, air conditioning/heat pump in each room with dimensions designed for tropical climates brand Daikin Emura, central vacuum system, alarm system, video surveillance system with 10 cameras with remote control.
