The flat is in the middle of a small walled borgo dating back to around the year 1300 of about 20 houses, only a few of which are permanently inhabited. The village is at an altitude of almost 500 metres and therefore has a nice and good view of the farmlands and hills of the Appenine Mountains.
Access to the flat is directly from the pedestrian street in the middle of the village. Parking is available at the beginning of the village 50 metres from the front door.
The back of the flat is on the village wall and the footpath along it. On the ground floor are the small living kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms with nice views and a well-appointed bathroom with a washing machine connection. From the kitchen diner, a folding staircase leads to the spacious storage attic. A small storage room also houses the heating equipment.
From the adjacent small garden, which does not belong to the property, one has a beautiful view with, in clear weather, a view of the sea. The flat is in excellent condition. The neat and high-quality furnishings can be taken over.
In the basement there is a flat to be renovated which, for a reasonable amount, is also for sale and would be a good addition to the apartment because of the adjacent garden. There is also a storage room in the basement that is in use by the current owner.
The flat is a good option for peace seekers in a quiet, authentic borgo in a fantastic spot with some friendly and helpful Italian neighbours.
