In the beautiful Umbrian landscape, on the border with Tuscany, there is a hamlet, partly used as tourist accommodation, consisting of 3 houses: Villa Liberty, Villa 2 and a house. Villa Liberty, of 240 m2 on four floors, is composed as follows:
On the ground floor there is an entrance with an old loggia, a hall with a beautiful staircase in Pietra Serena and a sculpted anthracite wrought iron balustrade, a kitchen and a bright living room with a beautiful fireplace and from which you can see the Lake of Montepulciano can be admired. On the first floor we find the sleeping area consisting of a single bedroom, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a beautiful terrace from which you can admire the panorama. On the second floor there is an attic bedroom and a bathroom with a beautiful antique Louis XIV style bath. Arriving on the third floor you enter the tower room with a 360° view of the lake.
Villa 2, of approximately 144 m2, is spread over two floors and is composed as follows: On the ground floor there is an entrance with a beautiful and characteristic loggia, a living room with kitchenette, a service bathroom and a double bedroom. Going down a few steps we find two bedrooms, one of them with its own bathroom. The basement floor consists of a storage room, funds and a bathroom.
The house of approximately 200 m2 was completely renovated in 2002 and is divided into 4 apartments, two on the ground floor and one with living room and kitchenette, two bedrooms both with private bathroom. The other two apartments on the first floor both have access from a communal terrace. The first consists of a living room with kitchenette with fireplace, a bathroom and a double bedroom. The other apartment has a living room with kitchenette, a hall, two bedrooms, one with a fireplace, a bathroom.
The estate has a green garden with a lovely swimming pool and an antique fountain.
