Going down a few steps we find two bedrooms, one of them with its own bathroom. The basement floor consists of a storage room, funds and a bathroom.
The house of approximately 200 m2 was completely renovated in 2002 and is divided into 4 apartments, two on the ground floor and one with living room and kitchenette, two bedrooms both with private bathroom. The other two apartments on the first floor both have access from a communal terrace. The first consists of a living room with kitchenette with fireplace, a bathroom and a double bedroom.
