Fascinating medieval house with tower. This semi-detached house enjoys a magnificent view as befits a medieval watchtower! The object, because of its particular design difficult to photograph, breathes history in every way and has the full flavor of Tuscany. Over a short strada bianca you reach the old settlement with some historic buildings of which the house with tower is part. On one side one has an elongated garden with beautiful views over the "colli Fiorentini". There are also some old buildings such as the old wood oven and the old covered 'legnaia' which together form a perfect location for an evening of home-made pizza in the open air!

The house has a 'whimsical' layout and has 4 floors. the lower one, partly underground, serves as a 'taverna' and has a toilet. possibly one could also make a garage here (there is already a large gate/door). On the ground floor is the entrance, a toilet, a spacious living room and a dining room, one of which could perhaps be better arranged as a kitchen. The first floor and the second floor,  in the tower, both offer a bedroom, while there is room to easily realize a third bedroom and additional bathroom.

A special object that speaks to the imagination and located in a very strategic location. At about 4km there are stores, restaurants and train station. Important sights can be found in nearby San Gimignano and about 35 min drive in Siena, Florence and many other locations. Airport Firenze 40 min, Pisa 50 min.
