The main house, of 200 sqm, has been traditionally restored and has a welcoming atmosphere. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/dining room, a living room with fireplace and a bathroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and a bathroom. Finally, there is also an attic for extra storage space.
The cottage is complete with living room, kitchen, bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor extra two bedroom and a bathroom. You could rent out the cottage and live in the main building or other way round. Half of the cottage (which brings the sqm of the cottage to 200) is still to be restored and allows to add even more space.
There is also a 150 sqm building plot that’s off to one side of the plot. This can be restored or just be left alone.
The Area
The complex sits in a private location, on 4 hectares of lush green land. It also offers amazing panoramic views over the marchigiani mountains and forests. From it you can see the majestic Gran Sasso. In the area there are hiking trails, small rivers, deer, foxes and other wildlife.
