Casa Sant' Egidio is an elegant, restored farmhouse with stunning views, close to Ripatransone, a charming hilltop town, and close to the beautiful Adriatic coast.
The house has been restored in a modern manner and has been equipped with every comfort. However it also remains faithful to the peculiarities and materials of the time and region, among which brick facades and wooden beams.
The house offers 450m2 divided onto two floors. The ground floor has a kitchen, laundry room, two large rooms, two bathrooms, a study, and a garage. On the first floor there is a second kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a utility room and a laundry room. The beaches of Cupra Marittima are a 13 minute drive from the house. While the charming seaside town of San Benedetto del Tronto 20 minutes.
The historic city of Ascoli Piceno, province capital, is 40 km from the house. The airports of Ancona and Pescara are just over a 1 hour drive.
