Sant'Angelo in Pontano

Villa Verdi is a charming house located in the Marchigiani town of Sant’Angelo in Pontano. It offers 330m² divided over 3 floors. The middle floor is fully finished and immediately habitable. The other two floors need some simple work to be finished and can be completed as you wish.

On the currently habitable middle floor there is a big open living room/dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms one of which is en-suite. The floor has beamed ceilings and access to the garden.

The ground floor is mostly finished as there are exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings, water and power. Here, too, there is direct access to the garden. Currently, there’s a big taverna space, an office, laundry and garage. The layout and use of these rooms can be changed to suit your needs.

The third level also has beamed ceilings as well as water and power predisposed for future use. This floor is currently at the “builder’s finish” level of completion.
Around the house there is a garden space of 600m².

The house is an easy 400m walk, or a short 1-minute drive, from the central piazza of Sant’Angelo in Pontano, a lovely hill-town. Here you find a supermarket, butcher, cafes, pizzeria and restaurants, as well as postcard-like views from its panoramic walkways. Throughout the year there are a number of local festas. The medieval hill towns of Loro Piceno, Colmurano, San Ginesio, Urbisaglia and Servigliano are a 10/15 minutes’ drive away. The provincial capital of Macerata is 20 minutes from the house. The Adriatic beaches are 35-40 minutes away and stunning Sibillini Mountains National Park is 35 minutes away. Ancona airport is a 70-minute drive from the house, as is the airport of Perugia.
