Verdicchio is part of Azienda Mastrocola which is situated on an excellent panoramic site, with splendid views all around over the Marchigiana hills with the Sibillini mountain range on the background. There is a shared swimming pool of eighteen by five meters.
This is a great house for four and uses the ‘original’ main entrance. The total living area is 115m2, with an outside portico and walkways. The private garden occupies circa 485m2. Downstairs features an open plan kitchen, dining and living areas whilst upstairs there are two double bedrooms with ample en-suite bathrooms.
The old Roman city of Loro Piceno is less than 3km distance from Azienda Mastrocola.
Loro Piceno is an historic town. Home to numerous cultural and gastronomic festivals, it's famous for Vino Cotto, a special wine that's "cooked" to reach its peak of flavour and is drunk after dinner. Plus, you're in the "Golden Triangle" of Le Marche that puts you in the middle of it all - 30 minutes to the beach and the same to hiking and skiing in the majestic Sibillini Mountains.
Loro Piceno boasts two of the region's best restaurants, one of which is listed in the Michelin Guide. Market days and local festas abound in the town and nearby villages, with an excellent choice of shopping and cafés in town.
