The property is reached via an unpaved road. The house is now only used in summer, so the electricity generated by solar panels is sufficient. They are located on a mobile shed. The sewage system runs to a newly installed septic tank (IBA). Connection to the electricity grid is possible. The stove and geyser run on butane gas.
