The house enjoys plenty of privacy but is not isolated, there is a small beautifully restored hamlet about 50 meters on the other side of the access road. The city of San Gimignano can be reached in about 8 minutes.
The living space of approximately 300 m2 is spread over 2 floors, ground floor and 'seminterrato' and a large loft. ground floor with living room with fireplace and large windows that give an undisturbed view of San Gimignano (approx. 1 km as the crow flies!). Furthermore, a spacious kitchen with fireplace and cooking island, a bathroom, large loft overlooking the living room, a bedroom with bathroom (en suite) and a second room with bathroom.
