Beautifully restored farmhouse with four large bedrooms, bathrooms, swimming pool and one and half hectares of land all around. At this level via a French double door and also via the external staircase is the access to the guest apartment with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and mezzanine floor with a round bed. This a great space idea for house guest that like their independence of seasonal rental.

The views from this property are very beautiful not only open on the surrounding countryside but the attractive hilltop towns. The land has 26 mature olive trees and a small vineyard. The vicinity to Corridonia is ideal via car or just at a comfortable walking distance where all the amenities are available. It is possible to purchase the furniture with separate transaction. Corridonia is at 15 min. to the beautiful cultural town of Macerata and a great selection of restaurants and shops. Also at just 10 min.
