Beautifully restored farmhouse with four large bedrooms, bathrooms, swimming pool and one and half hectares of land all around. The views from this property are very beautiful not only open on the surrounding countryside but the attractive hilltop towns. The land has 26 mature olive trees and a small vineyard. The vicinity to Corridonia is ideal via car or just at a comfortable walking distance where all the amenities are available. It is possible to purchase the furniture with separate transaction. Corridonia is at 15 min. to the beautiful cultural town of Macerata and a great selection of restaurants and shops. Also at just 10 min.
