Casa Zaira is located in the historical center of Monterubbiano. The town on 463m above sea level is only 15km from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea and is surrounded by rolling green fields and in the distance the Sibillini Mountains. The town also belongs to the Bandiera Arancione (a quality certificate) of which only a few towns in Italy are member.
The apartment is only a few steps away from the City Hall and in a charming little street with quite some history. No cars are allowed but there is parking space nearby. Because the house is at the end of the block it is only attached from one side, creating a more possibilities to have more natural light in the house.
The house is habitable but needs some renovation. After it would be a little gem. In the house you will find a kitchen, living room (with a little terrace), two bedrooms, bathroom and a storage room. The living quarters are on two levels. Below is a cantina with a small courtyard (9m2) and an attic.
