B&B Dionisio dates back to the eighteenth century and is an old farmhouse in the middle of undulating hills. The house structure enjoys all day light from and it is facing south. It has a magnificent view on the Natural Park of Monti Sibillini. There are numerous nature trails on foot, by mountain bike and riding schools nearby.
Upstairs, on the first floor, is the B&B located with living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The B&B is fully licensed for three guestrooms.
The currents owners are living on the ground floor; here you will find a spacious kitchen/living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and storage space. It is possible to add another bedroom.
There is also a freestanding annex which is currently used as a studio; bedroom/workshop. Furthermore, there is a full functioning wood fuelled pizza over and a free-standing swimming pools. However, the owners have done quiet some preparation works for a permanent (in the ground) 10 by 5-meter swimming pool.
If you like you could continue running the property as a B&B or convert it into a large family home, two apartments (three with the annex) or a country-style hotel de Charme.
Only 2 km away, on walking distance, is the hamlet of Cesolo with a grocery store, a butcher and a bar. There is also a bus stop.
It bit further, 6 km away, is the large town of San Severino with many shops and large supermarkets. Every Saturday morning there is the local market on one of the most stunning squares in Le Marche.
