Colmurano

Villino Gattari is an 'almost' finished property. You only have to put in a kitchen, tiles of wood on the concrete floor (already prepared for underfloor heating), maybe placing some division walls and then painting. Not only the house inside must be painted but also the outside. It is therefore a perfect home for someone who still wants to put his own personal stamp on a house without the need of serious structural interventions. There are even the connections for a home cinema in place. The house is firmly built, with plenty of light through the large windows and with a solid foundation.

The owner has designed the house for his own use; his hide-out in the campange. It is located near the town of Colmurano, almost at the edge, yet in a rural setting. The view is spectacular; first, the rolling farmland and forests and then a beautiful view of the blue Sibillini mountains.

The development of the garden is already in an advanced stage. Through a series of retaining walls and stone steps and over thirty old olive trees, the rather steep hill has been consolidated and looks very charming.
