Location

The town of Carassai, with its 1,200 inhabitants, is placed on a hill (at 365m above sea level) between the rivers Aso and Menocchia. It is circa 15km from the sea, 50 km away from the Sibillini Mountains and 17km away from the A14 motorway.

From every vantage point in the village there are spectacular views whether of the Sibillini Mountains, the rolling hillsides dotted with olive trees, hilltop villages, vineyards and sunflower fields, or the valleys stretching as far as the Adriatic Sea.
