Casa Spiaggia is truly unique because it is rare to find apartments situated on the beach. Only a narrow pedestrianized boulevard lies between the apartments and the sand beach. All apartments have splendid views on the Adriatic Sea. Of the total of twelve apartments we have four on sale (units 4, 5, 9 and 10).
Two on the ground floor with a small garden and two on the first floor (also accessible via an elevator). The two apartments on the first floor each have a large balcony. Because the two apartments have heigh ceilings it is possible to create a loft (soppalco) and to make it suitable for four people.
The smallest apartment (first floor) has 42m2 of floor area and the largest measuring 62.50m2 (ground floor). The prices are for turnkey (chiave in mano) but it is also possible to buy the apartments builders finished (but still with windows and doors) there is a discount of € 25.000.
It is also possible to buy an underground garage (with or without cantina). The underground garage is also accessible by a lift.
Cupra Marittima is a characteristic Mediterranean seaside resort and is part of the famous Riviera delle Palme. The town is proud of its Blue Flag (since 1997) which means that the sand beach and the sea water are of excellent quality.
