This Casale is a typical charming and rustic Marchigiani Country house. The garden of circa 1000 m2 has been completely fenced and there is a private pool of 7 by 5 meters. The total amount of land, included in the price, is 2 hectares. It is located in the countryside, peacefully immersed in the nature but at the same time close to the centre of the medieval town of Mogliano.
Most of the rooms are on the first floor; this was typical construction for a farmhouse in Le Marche. So, on the first floor is a large living kitchen room with a traditional fireplace. Also, on the floor, is a double bedroom with a bathroom. On the second floor, the attic, is another large bedroom currently with three single beds.
