Casa Ugliano is a splendid retreat with fabulous views on the mountains. This hideaway has been restored in 1990, including a new roof, and the access road has just been recently upgraded. Structurally the house is sound but it requires some renovation works. However, it is not too difficult and not too expensive to convert this property in a lovely family home or even into a small B&B. Converting it in two apartments is also an option.
