This charming and challenging but habitable apartment is located in the historical centre of Sant'Angelo in Pontano. It has in total four stories including a cave. The entrance is of the ground floor (54 m2) that gives you also access to the first floor with a habitable floor space of 90 m2 and another 63 m2 under the roof (attic). Quite some rooms are habitable but there are a number of rooms in need of restoration or renovation. On the first floor are two bedrooms, a hallway is leading to the living room and the kitchen and a bathroom.

The apartment has been partly renovated in 1999 including work on the roof and some walls.

The first level "sottostrada" (below street level) can be accessed from the street. It is structural fine and can be used for storage. The total floor space on this level is 83 m2. However, it is possible to convert this level to a more 'liveable' space.

Below this level ("piano due sottostrada") is a cave currently full of old materials dumped their when some work was done in the apartment. Some, firm cleaning work is required here! The cave is measuring circa 24 m2.

At one side, the apartment is located along a public street at the other side it looks on a private courtyard.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Sant'Angelo in Pontano. It is a bustling town, with excellent facilities: a supermarket, bakers, two butchers, two greengrocers, newsagent, a pharmacy, a bank (with ATM!) as well as three bars and three traditional restaurants. Also, the other little hilltop villages in the neighbourhood are bustling and attractive with a variety of shops, weekly markets and restaurants.
